Have used this vpn I can only state the truth.
It is up & working 99% of the time.
They still use the useless PTPP protocol but you can switch to a 256 bit L2PT option for free. It is user friendly awesome for netflix ect. Works well on pc’s using microsoft windows.
Overall good but not the best for taking on law enforcement spies.

You can try to use different VPN protocol, may be PPTP is blocked,you can try openvpn.
