I am currently usiing this service. Customer service is 24/7/365 and of a very high quality. The range of protocols is also impressive.
However, their Software for the PC has some issues. I initially installed it, and it worked fine. After uninstalling it, then reinstalling at a later date (Whilst I was trialling another service) the App suddenly developed a fault and kept crashing at startup.
When I contacted customer service it was there view that Net Framework was the issue. So I went through a series of steps with customer services, totalling several hours, only to find it still would not work on a Windows 7 32 bit machine.
As a result I was forced to download OpenVPN and TapWin and install the OpenVPN user scripts.
Whilst this was straightforward enough, I joined this service to take advantage of sstp on UDP protocols. As a result of the above, this was not possible.
Customer service have admitted they are aware of an issue with this version of their app and are trying to isolate the cause. So I am hopeful a future update will resolve the issue.
In a nutshell. If you want all the bells and whistles this service has to offer, and can use them, then it is both competitive, fast and a good service. If you encounter a problem, you could be faced with using a service which most VPNs can provide at a significantly lower price, whilst still offering the same high quality speeds.
